Jim Montgomery Confirms Another Player Will Miss Tonight's Game

Boston Bruins head coach Jim Montgomery revealed that James van Riemsdyk will be sidelined for tonight's matchup against the Montreal Canadiens due to illness.

This absence opens up an opportunity for Johnny Beecher to step into the lineup. On the defensive end, Andrew Peeke and Parker Wotherspoon will be called upon to fill the void left by Matt Grzelcyk and Kevin Shattenkirk.

James van Riemsdyk (illness) is out tonight for #Bruins. Johnny Beecher is in. Andrew Peeke and Parker Wotherspoon both in on the blue line for Matt Grzelcyk and Kevin Shattenkirk.




With these adjustments, the Bruins aim to maintain their competitive edge as they face off against their divisional rivals tonight.
