The rookie forward was reassigned to the Providence Bruins of the American Hockey League just over a week ago, but he is going to get his week off too.� According to Mark Divver of The Providence Journal, P-Bruins head coach Jay Roach is giving Bjork four days off and said that he has earned the time away.�
Providence is off until Friday so Bjork should be rested when they play three games in three days against the Bridgeport Sound Tigers and Springfield Thunderbirds.
Bjork is off to a good start with the P-Bruins as he as two goals and four points in his first three AHL games.� He had four goals and 12 points in his 28 NHL games for the Boston Bruins before being sent down.�
