The Boston Bruins are off to China however they'll be without one of their most important seasons.
Patrice Bergeron is still rehabbing from offseason surgery and isn't exactly ready to go full speed yet.
Even though Bergeron was present and skating at the recent "captain's" practice, the four-time Selke Trophy winner isn't 100%.
Bergeron will miss the Bruins trip to China for a couple of preseason games and could miss the start of the season.
The Bruin's forward was supposed to be fully back at 100% in early August from a groin procedure, however it looks like he's way off that timeline.
The season starts on October 3rd for the Bruins, hopefully Bergeron will be on the ice.
