The Boston Bruins announced the date, time and opponent for the 2018-19 home opener. The Bruins will take on the Ottawa Senators Monday October 8th at 1pm. It's arguably one of the worst opponents that the Bruins could have but at least it'll almost be a guaranteed two points. Of course the Senators are surrounded by drama and might not even have Erik Karlsson anymore by the time October 8th rolls around.
