Adam McQuaid has been out of the Boston Bruins lineup since he broke his leg way back on October 19 versus the Vancouver Canucks.
Tomorrow will mark a full week for McQuaid skating with his Bruins teammates and there is a chance he could be back in the lineup Monday.
Head coach Bruce Cassidy told reporters today that McQuaid is a possibility versus the Columbus Blue Jackets on Monday night. He said we would know more after tomorrow's morning skate. Cassidy also did not rule out dressing seven defenseman either.
If McQuaid doesn't play tomorrow night, it is obvious that he will be back very soon. When he is healthy enough to play again, Matt Grzelcyk is the most likely candidate to come out of the lineup.
