Player agent, Allan Walsh, has once again thrown shade at NHL commissioner Gary Bettman.
A recent reports shows that in the U.S. national media revenues, the NFL makes a lot of money from its TV contract ($10 billion PER YEAR).
As for the NHL, it ranks sixth. This is unacceptable for a major sport like hockey.
Here is Walsh's reaction:
"And Gary keeps patting himself on the back for the ABC / ESPN deal. The previous 10-year deal with NBC / NBC Sports was a disaster that left a billion on the table." - Allan Walsh''
