A last minute announcement was made on Brad Marchand moments before game 4
Leading up to game four between the Florida Panthers and the Edmonton Oilers, a last minute announcement was made regarding former Boston Bruins captain Brad Marchand.
Marchand has played a massive role in every game during the Stanley Cup Finals so far for the Florida Panthers.
In game one, Brad Marchand ended up scoring a power play goal to give the Florida Panthers their first lead of the series in the first period.
In game two, Marchand once again scored a big goal, scoring a short handed goal in the second period to give the Panthers a 4-3 lead.
He would also go on to score the game winning goal for the Florida Panthers in double overtime to tie the series 1-1.
Game three Brad Marchand was back at it scoring a goal just 56 seconds into the game to open the scoring, and help the Panthers take a 2-1 lead after dominating the Oilers.
Now leading into game 4, a last minute announcement was made regarding Marchand.
