As this year's NHL offseason continues, so have trade rumors, and plenty of speculations have surfaced amongst Boston Bruins hockey fans.
These speculations and rumors are mostly regarding what the organization is expected to do whilst they continue to pursue their ongoing rebuild to become bigger contenders for the 2025/26 NHL season.
And with that, one specific name that has come up more and more frequently as of late, is the Boston Bruins' versatile forward,
Pavel Zacha.

Pavel Zacha, has demonstrated his capability of playing both on the wing and center within his NHL career thus far, which could be very appealing to organization's in search of a flexibility player.

Despite the fact that this player could be seen as useful throughout the Boston Bruins rebuild, the organization is not only in urgent need of new talents, but is also struggling with juggling salary cap constraints, meaning a trade could be the most considerable option for the team.
With that, a well-trusted NHL insider also revealed his two sense regarding what it will take for the Bruins to depart with Zacha.

Additionally, Bruins reporter, Michael Sullivan, revealed that the Boston Bruins would most likely only accept a trade for Zacha if the organization's top forward,
David Pastrnak, gave the «OK».

Although receiving Pastrnak's confirmation makes sense for the Bruins as they need him happy throughout this rebuild, that doesn't necessarily mean he will deny a reasonable trade.
And if Pasta gives the «OK», the Montreal Canadiens could very well be a team intrigued by Zacha, as they are in search of a solution to stabilize their center line, and this forward could offer the organization just that.
With that being said, if both the Canadiens and Bruins are willing to agree on a mutually beneficial trade, Pastrnak could undoubtedly accept the potential departure of his friend.
