The other day, the Boston Bruins got some horrible injury news regarding a top player, but today a major spotting was made at practice and it changes things for the Bruins.
Ahead of practice two days ago, two players were on the ice for the Bruins, which indicates that they are dealing with injuries.
Both Casey Mittelstadt and Viktor Arvidsson were on the ice before the main group, with Arvidsson rocking a red jersey.

Today though, the Boston Bruins got some big news.
Mittelstadt returns to practice
Sturm stated that the Bruins are hopeful that Mittelstadt would return back to practice today.
Marco Sturm said Casey Mittelstadt (lower body) skated alone before practice today and is still not 100%, so they're just being precautionary.

At practice this morning, it was confirmed as Casey Mittelstadt officially returned back to practice with the group.
Casey Mittelstadt is back on the ice after missing the last two practices with a lower-body injury.
Entering the season being fully healthy is going to be big for the Boston Bruins as they hope to get back to being a competitive team.
