The Boston Bruins have officially cut ties with another forward in free agency.

It was announced yesterday that the Philadelphia Flyers have signed former Bruins center Anthony Richard.

Flyers General Manager Daniel Brière announced that Richard's signed a two-year, two-way contract that carries an AAV of $775k.

Anthony Richard 27, has spent most of his career in the minors and has bounced between multiple organizations.

Richard's ended up spending most of the year with the Providence Bruins appearing in 59 games for them, and put up 25 goals, 30 assist for a solid 55 points. He would make an appearance for the Bruins, playing 9 games for the Bruins last year putting up a total of 1 goal, and 2 assists.

The Bruins clearly don't see a fit for the forward, and wish him nothing but the best on his new journey with the Philadelphia Flyers.
