Boston Bruins superstar David Pastrnak just made history with the organization in a shocking way.
Superstar David Pastrnak just made some history with the Boston Bruins organization and in doing so has joined some elite company as well.
Heading into their game Tuesday against the Minnesota Wild, David Pastrnak was riding a 10 game point streak where he had 10 goals, 13 assists, and 23 points in those games.
David Pastrnak wasn't able to score a goal, as
Charlie McAvoy,
Trent Frederic, and
Morgan Geekie were the goal scorers in the teams second win in a row, but David Pastrnak was able to find a way onto the score sheet once again.
In their 3-0 win against the Minnesota Wild, David Pastrnak was able to pick up an assists to extend his point streak to 11 games. He picked up the promary assist on Charlie McAvoy's power play goal, and with that point he joined some very elite company within the Bruins organization.
David Pastrnak makes history in a shocking way
The 28-year-old became just the fourth Boston Bruin in the past 30 years to record an 11-game point streak with the others being Adam Oates (14 games in 96-97)
Brad Marchand (12 games in 19-20) and Marc Savard (11 games in 07-08).
