Boston Bruins GM Don Sweeney Just Revealed Who The Bruins Are Going To Draft With The 7th Overall Pick

On Monday night, the Boston Bruins ended up finding out where they are going to be drafting at the upcoming NHL Entry Level Draft, and now General Manager Don Sweeney has revealed who the Bruins are going to be picking with that pick.
At the NHL Draft Lottery, it was revealed that the Boston Bruins ended up dropping down two spots in the draft, and instead of picking 5th overall like they were supposed too, they will now draft at the 7th overall position.
The #NHLBruins will have the 7th overall pick in the 2025 NHL Draft.
Although this isn't ideal for the Boston Bruins, they are still going to be getting a super solid player in the upcoming 2025 NHL Draft.
Following the NHL Draft Lottery, Don Sweeney ended up meeting with the media, and had this to say:
🎥 #NHLBruins GM Don Sweeney on having the 7th overall pick: "We're still picking in the upper echelon of the Draft, which we haven't for a significant time period so we feel very comfortable in terms of where the top seven picks are & we'll get a good player, an impact player."
Don Sweeney Reveals Who The Boston Bruins Will Draft
Later on in his press conference, Sweeney ended up revealing who the Boston Bruins are going to be drafting.
Sweeney did not exactly reveal what player they are going to drafting, but he did state that the Bruins will be drafting the best player available at the draft:
him mentioning players that haven't played a whole lot (McQueen) and Swedes playing pro (Frondell & Eklund) is very interesting. also said position doesn't matter and they will select the best player avail, which makes me think (hope) they wont reach.
The draft is set to take place on June 27th, and will finish on June 28th.
