Boston Bruins Make Two Roster Moves Moments Before Puck Drop Vs Flyers

The Boston Bruins are set to host the Philadelphia Flyers, and will look to get another win before heading on the road for a six-game West Coast road trip.

The Bruins are riding a season high four game win streak after beating the Chicago Blackhawks 4-2, improving Joe Sacco's record to 6-2-0 with the Boston Bruins since taking over for Jim Montgomery.

The Boston Bruins made a line change during the game on Wednesday against the Chicago Blackhawks and Sacco will keep this change heading into their game against the Flyers.

Brad Marchand and Elias Lindholm were both put on the top line with David Pastrnak during practice, and this line ended up scoring for the Bruins twice against the Blackhawks. Morgan Geekie and Pavel Zacha moved down to the second line with Justin Brazeau which also scored two goals.

Veteran Tyler Johnson and Parker Wotherspoon are both going to be healthy scratches once again for the Bruins as they take on the Flyers. On Friday Sacco confirmed that Lindholm is still week-to-week, and Jeremy Swayman will more than likely get the start for the Bruins.

Bruins are set for an early game as puck drop is scheduled for 1 p.m. ET.
