There have been a bunch of trade rumors involving the Boston Bruins this off-season, and now a massive 1-for-1 trade proposal has surfaced involving them and a divisional rival in the Montreal Canadiens.
Since being in the league, the Boston Bruins have had a reputation of playing a specific brand of hockey.
They have been known as the 'Big Bad Bruins', and now this new trade proposal could bring that reputation back for them.

Heavy.com ended up proposing a 1-for-1 trade that would see the Boston Bruins acquiring enforcer defenseman Arber Xhekaj from the Montreal Canadiens in return for Joonas Korpisalo.

The Boston Bruins would be getting a massive 6-foot-4, 240 LBS defenseman that ended up going undrafted, but isn't afraid to throw the body or drop the gloves.
In 70 games for the Montreal Canadiens, Xhekaj ended up scoring 6 points, 118 penalty minutes, 180 hits, 63 blocks in just over 14:37 of ice time.
Joonas Korpisalo has been involved in trade rumors all season, and moving on from him would benefit the organization.
Korpisalo struggled with the Boston Bruins, but he would provide the Montreal Canadiens with some solid backup goaltending.
