Boston Bruins release their official opening night roster

Today was the deadline for NHL teams to submit their NHL rosters, and the Boston Bruins have submitted theirs, and also revealed to the fans who will be on the roster.

Nobody expected Jeremy Swayman to be on the opening night roster, there was a lot of drama involved in the contract negotiations between Jeremy Swayman, and the Boston Bruins, and all signs pointed to the Boston Bruins not signing Jeremy Swayman until closer to the December 1st deadline.

On Sunday, the day before having to submit their opening night roster, the Boston Bruins announced that Jeremy Swayman agreed to a 8-year, $8.25 million contract.

The Boston Bruins have some newcomers on their roster including Nikita Zadorov, Elias Lindholm, Max Jones, Mark Kastelic, Cole Koepke, Riley Tufte, and Joonas Korpisalo.

The Bruins take on the Florida Panthers tomorrow for their season opener.
