Entering this off-season, many believed that the Boston Bruins were going to make some massive moves to get better.
Although they have not done that, they have made some decent moves to improve their depth heading into next season, but they could definitely use some more scoring.
The Boston Bruins could look to the trade market to address their need for more scoring, especially with some of the names that have been floating around.
If the Bruins want to keep their assets though, they could look at some of the interesting free agents that are still left out there.
Boston could either sign them to contracts, or give them a professional tryout contract (PTO).
The Boston Bruins could end up stealing a player from the Carolina Hurricanes.
Bruins to steal a player from the Hurricanes?
Jack Roslovic was on the Carolina Hurricanes roster last year, and is a player still remaining on the free agent market.
If the Boston Bruins decided to sign him, he would be a solid addition into the Boston Bruins middle-six.
The 28-year-old forward can play both center and right wing, making him a nice versatile player.
Roslovic played 81 games with the Hurricanes last year, scoring 22 goals, and had 39 points in total. He also appeared in nine playoff games with them, scoring one goal, and three assists for four points.
If the Bruins were to sign him, he would give them some much needed secondary scoring.
He would also be another option for a player down the middle, and on the power play.
Roslovic would definitely be a good player for the Boston Bruins to consider before entering the 2025-26 seaosn.
