Bruins Head Coach Just Confirmed Whether Or Not Fabian Lysell Will Make His Debut
Boston Bruins head coach Joe Sacco just confirmed whether or not Fabian Lysell will make his debut with the Boston Bruins.
Today the Boston Bruins surprised many fans when they sent forward Marc McLaughlin back down to the Providence Bruins in the American Hockey League after just recalling him yesterday.
But this move was made to make room for Fabian Lysell who was just recalled a couple hours before the Bruins rematch against the Columbus Blue Jackets after being dominated 6-2 last night.
Now Bruins head coach revealed whether or not Lysell will be in the lineup tonight or will be watching from the press box.
Joe Sacco confirmed that Lysell will be making his official NHL debut tonight.
He also revealed where Lysell will be slotting into the lineup tonight. Joe Sacco confirmed that he will be playing alongside Justin Brazeau and Trent Frederic, a line that has been struggling of late.
Lysell is finally making his much awaited debut with the Boston Bruins after being drafted by the team 21st overall by the Boston Bruins during the 2021 NHL Entry Level Draft.
The Boston Bruins are looking for revenge on a team that has dominated them twice this season, one time lead to the Bruins firing head coach Jim Montgomery.
Puck drop is scheduled for 7 p.m. ET tonight as the Boston Bruins host the Columbus Blue Jackets at TD Garden.
