Recently, Charlie McAvoy spoke on his heath heading into the 2025-26 season, and it's big new for Boston Bruins fans.
McAvoy, when speaking to the media, admitted that the 2024-25 season was one of the most challenging years for him over his career.
After missing 32 games of the season, Charlie McAvoy spoke on his health entering the new season.
Charlie McAvoy good to go for new season
Charlie McAvoy stated that he is back to full health after missing 32 games due to another shoulder injury last year.
«My summer training plan was [focused on] 'how are we going to get better? How are we going to get healthy? How are we going to get to where I know I can be going into this year?'» McAvoy told the Boston Herald's Steve Conroy earlier this week.

Losing both Charlie McAvoy, and Hampus Lindholm for long-term played a big role in the team having one of their worst seasons in nearly a decade.
After playing in two games for Team USA during the 4 Nations Face-Off, McAvoy ended up suffering a shoulder infection, and had to miss the rest of the regular season.
McAvoy ended up finishing the year with 23 points in 50 games for the Boston Bruins.
After making the playoffs for eight consecutive years, the Boston Bruins missed the playoffs, finishing the year with a 33-39-10 record.
