A recent development has surfaced in the Boston Bruins being linked to acquiring two big named free agents ahead of this year's NHL free agency, and it's surprising.

And new insight has unfolded on the team's expected plans during this year's free agency.
A recent report was revealed regarding the National Hockey League's top 40 UFAs this July by The Fourth Period, and two specific names have been linked to the Boston Bruins.
A reporter then replied to the post, unveiling that the Boston Bruins are linked to two big named free agents; Ryan Lindgren and Dante Fabbro.

The Boston Bruins organization has been linked to two UFA defensemen; Ryan Lindgren and Dante Fabbro
The Colorado Avalanche's Ryan Lindgren and the Columbus Blue Jackets' Dante Fabbro have been linked to the Boston Bruins.
These two defensemen are both 27-years old, with experience and immense skill, and are set to hit the open market for the 2025 NHL free agency as UFAs (Unrestricted Free Agents).
With this insight, and previous reports, the Boston Bruins are expected to prioritize strengthening their defence, and these two additions to the roster could undoubtedly play a huge role in that.
Although it is not confirmed, Boston's general manager, Don Sweeney, is expected to endure an extremely busy outcome regardless of whether or not these UFAs are acquired.
