Former referee issues vicious statement towards Jack Edward's

During the Bruins most recent game, Bruins commentator Jack Edwards got really mad during the game. He called referee Steve Kozari a "coward" for not explaining a penalty to Charlie McAvoy.

Then, former NHL referee Tim Peel, who got fired last year, jumped into the conversation on social media. He said Edwards might be sick and called him out for calling Kozari a coward. Peel reminded everyone that Kozari got hurt in a game recently, so calling him names wasn't cool.
I think Jack Edwards may be having some health issues and I sympathize with that. But calling Referee #40 Steve Kozari a coward is despicable. Kozari was carried off on a stretcher 3 weeks ago in Pittsburg in a collision with Hayden Fleury of #GoBolts Last year he fat shamed Pat Maroon. Very sad Jack!
After Peel's comments, lots of people started responding, bringing up Peel's own past troubles with the NHL. Peel defended himself against the criticism, making the situation even more intense.
