It's been a tough final stretch for Boston, in search for their first win since March 11th, it isn't looking to good for the organization and the Bruins' goaltender, Jeremy Swayman, issued a major statement regarding the team's last stretch of the season.

Following the Bruins defeating the Florida Panthers in a crowd shocking comeback at the TD Garden, Boston has lost nine straight games, and Swayman has his own six-game losing skid.
In the past five starts for the 26-year old goaltender, he has given up a total of 22 goals, with an inflated 4.97 GAA, and a underwhelming .840 save percentage over the duration of that stretch.
Following Tuesday night's 4-3 loss against the Washington Capitals at the TD Garden, Swayman broke his silence regarding the team's losing skid.
«I tell you what, it's been challenging,» Swayman said in postgame interviews, «It's been really challenging, and I'm grateful for that challenge. I've had good nights, I've had bad nights, but that's something that exactly that I have to grow with. I have to keep my head up. I owe it to myself. I owe it to this team, and I need to be dialed in every single chance I get.»

«It's the worst thing ever, not getting results,» Swayman said. «Not going to lie to you, I'm my own worst critic and that's something that I've battled and will continue to, but that's something that I can grow from and we all can grow from. I know that we're gonna start getting results, and it's ingrained in us forever.»

The netminder was able to stop 28 of 32 shots in the Bruins' latest and the team played its best game in weeks. However, it unfortunately still wasn't enough.
Swayman continued:
«It's the worst thing ever, not getting results,» Swayman said. «Not going to lie to you, I'm my own worst critic and that's something that I've battled and will continue to, but that's something that I can grow from and we all can grow from. I know that we're gonna start getting results, and it's ingrained in us forever.»
This nine-game skid is the worst streak the organization has encountered since the 2009/10 NHL season, however, fans hope the team turns around for the better.
