Now he has reported that the Toronto Maple Leafs may be making a push to try and acquire captain Brad Marchand.

Odds The Bruins Trade Brad Marchand To The Maple Leafs
Although the odds are not high that this trade happens, at the end of the day, anything can happen.
Brad Marchand and Mitch Marner were teammates at the 4 Nations Face-Off, and Brad Marchand has spoken pretty highly about the forward. The Toronto Maple Leafs also have some solid prospects that they are willing to move at the NHL trade deadline including Easton Cowan, Fraser Minten, and Ben Danford.
If the Maple Leafs were to package one of these players with a decent pick, it's possible that Don Sweeney pulls the trigger on the trade.
