A surprising development has been made involving Boston Bruins soon to be unrestricted free agent Jake DeBrusk.
There have been a lot of rumours involving Jake DeBrusk and what his future will look like whether he signs with the Bruins or another team come free agency that begins July 1st.
A new report has come out that has painted a clear picture involving Jake DeBrusk's future with the Boston Bruins.
Ty Anderson a writer for the 985 the sports hub was asked if there has been any updates regarding Jake DeBrusk returning with the Bruins.
Anderson revealed that there hasn't been anything certain to this point, and that he would not expect DeBrusk to return with the Bruins next year.
Nothing certain, but at this point, I would not expect him back.
The Bruins stated that they took an aggressive approach with Jake DeBrusk after being eliminated from the playoffs, and it seems like they offered him a deal that he is not comfortable with.
There is a very good chance we see Jake DeBrusk walk or at least explore his options in free agency this off-season.
