NHL insider links Boston Bruins forward to three teams ahead of NHL trade deadline
A NHL insider has just linked a Boston Bruins forward to three potential landing destinations ahead of this season's NHL trade deadline.
While the Boston Bruins' re-tool process has clearly seemed to do wonders for this organization, as they've made their way to the top of the NHL standings in the Atlantic division, it seems as though the organization is still speculated to make some moves.
It is evident that both,
Casey Mittelstadt and
Pavel Zacha, have been victims of the rumor mill for several months, and it seems as though they are going to be the topic of trade speculations until the NHL trade deadline makes it's way back around in March, or, until they get traded.
That being said, general manager, Don Sweeney, is in no rush to move either of these players.
That was revealed by TSN's Pierre LeBrun and from this report.
"What I'm being told, in terms of the Boston Bruins, is that they view Pavel Zacha as a long-term fit,'' said LeBrun. "Don't be surprised if they try to extend him this summer. They look at him, at 28 years old, as being age-appropriate for the transition of their roster, or the retool, whatever you want to call it, but they feel he fits them very well, and they want to keep him around."
Yet, a new report has been revealed by Bleacher Report's Lyle Richardson, revealing potential landing spots for one of these talents.

Despite recent reports suggesting the Boston Bruins will keep Zacha on their roster, there still is that chance that the organization would be open to offers.
And if the price is right, they may just pursue a trade.
That being said, Richardson linked this Original Six franchise to three specific teams.
Those teams being: the Buffalo Sabres, Montreal Canadiens, and the Toronto Maple Leafs.
He then continued by revealing there are other likely interested organizations, such as the Minnesota Wild, Carolina Hurricanes, New York Rangers, and Vancouver Canucks.
With all said, it seems as though several teams will continue to show interest for this highly skilled forward, meaning, the likelihood an organization offers a fair price for him is very high.
