The Boston Bruins have received some major news today as they prepare to face the Philadelphia Flyers in their third preseason game.

Last season, the Boston Bruins had a lot of injury problems on the blueline, and one of those players that were injured was Hampus Lindholm.
Lindholm ended up blocking a shot off his knee cap against the St. Louis Blues and ended up missing the entire season for the Bruins.
Last season, Lindholm appeared in just 17 games with the Bruins scoring 3 goals and 4 assists for 7 points.
Entering the season, it wasn't clear if Lindholm was going to be healthy or not, but today the Bruins got some big news regarding one of their better defenseman.
