A top Boston Bruins forward is reportedly set to be traded following an announcement by NHL analyst Michael DeRosa of NHLTR.

According to DeRosa, the Bruins, who have a center with the highest value of his career, could send him packing in a large deal.
This could be the first move of what's expected to be a Bruins busy offseason.
DeRosa notes his current deal, with his past point production, easily makes him a sought after trade candidate.
With two years left on his deal at a $4.75 million AAV, Zacha, 28, might be falling out of favor in Boston, as his production slipped this past season to 47 points after being in the high 50s the previous two years. But Basu feels that "there is no team that should be more desperate to add futures than the Boston Bruins...

"If Zacha can bring in a decent draft pick and a prospect with two years left on his contract, that would make a lot of sense for the Bruins to at least consider, even if it would mean dealing with the hated Canadiens."

As for Montreal's needs for a second-line center, Zacha doesn't quite fit that billing, "but they could do far worse."

Time will only tell what Don Sweeney has in store to revamp the Bruins franchise, but should it surround trading Zacha?
While trading Zacha may dissappoint some, it's a great idea for the Bruins to cash in while he has large value, and after a recent dip in production; his value could only drop more.
Here's a glimpse at when time's were good!
