This morning, the Providence Bruins, the Bruins' AHL affiliate team, were hit with three more injuries, and because of this, they completed a roster transaction.

According to an announcement this morning, the Providence Bruins have completed a roster transaction involving a defenseman.
It was announced on social media that Providence Bruins General Manager Evan Gold recalled defenseman Loke Johansson from the Maine Mariners.
The Maine Mariners are the ECHL affiliate of the Boston Bruins.
"Providence Bruins General Manager Evan Gold announced today, November 10, that the Providence Bruins have recalled defenseman Loke Johansson from the Maine Mariners."
Johansson is a 19-year-old defenseman that has appeared in nine ECHL games this season with the Mariners.
In those nine games with the Maine Mariners, Johansson has recorded just two assists.
The big, 6-foot-3, 213-pound defenseman has a plus-five rating on the year as well as six penalty minutes.
Last year, Johansson skated in 62 games with the Moncton Wildcats of the QMJHL where he scored 4 goals and 18 assists, helping the team win the QMJHL Championship.

Bruins hit with three more injuries

The reason for his recall was due to three defensemen suffering injuries recently.
Victor Soderstrom suffered an upper-body injury after being hit up high on Friday. Max Wanner suffered a lacerated kidney on Friday as well, and Ty Gallagher broke his foot after blocking a shot on Saturday.
