An announcement was just made regarding Charlie McAvoy after stepping away from the Bruins

On Saturday, the Bruins were forced to face off against the Toronto Maple Leafs shorthanded.
This was due to some injuries, but also because Charlie McAvoy did not travel with the team to Toronto for the game with the team.
Instead, McAvoy stayed back in Boston, and the reason was because he was dealing with a personal matter.
Along with that, the Bruins also announced that they were going to be without Casey Mittelstadt as well due to an upper-body injury.
Both Mittelstadt and McAvoy stayed back in Boston while the team travelled to Toronto to defend their winning streak.
Charlie McAvoy is home because of a personal matter. Casey Mittlestadt (upper body) did not travel.
Despite being shorthanded, the Boston Bruins pulled off the unthinkable, defeating the Maple Leafs 5-3.
Not many saw this coming, especially considering the Bruins were without a bunch of key players.
This morning at practice, an announcement was made regarding Bruins defenseman Charlie McAvoy and Casey Mittelstadt.
McAvoy returns back to the team
After stepping away from the Bruins to deal with a personal matter, it was revealed that Charlie McAvoy is officially back with the team, as he was spotted at practice.
Mittelstadt, on the other hand, was not seen at practice this morning.
