Corey Perry is causing another team in the Edmonton Oilers some consequences.

This year Perry was bought out by the Chicago Blackhawks after breaking team rules on a trip.

Corey Perry went through a process with the NHL, and was cleared to return. The Edmonton Oilers eventually signed him and how he is causing consequences for them as well.

Perry signed a minimum league deal with the Edmonton Oilers, but had a lot of signing bonuses. He has already gained an extra $225,000 just by playing in 38 games with the team.

The Oilers have recently healthy scratched Corey Perry in the playoffs, and it looks like his career may be coming to an end as he isn't getting any younger.

Perry did get another $50,000 bonus after the Edmonton Oilers made it to the Western Conference Finals.

Perry is set to earn another $50,000 as well after playing in most of the Edmonton Oilers game so far. It's clear Perry's playing days are coming to an end, this may be his last shot at winning another Stanley Cup.
