Brad Marchand and the Florida Panthers hit with unfortunate news ahead of game 3 of the ECF
The Florida Panthers and Brad Marchand were just hit with some very bad news heading into game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Carolina Hurricanes.
In this series, the Florida Panthers have shown why they are a heavy favourite to win the Stanley Cup. They have dominated the Carolina Hurricanes and have taken a 2-0 lead with the series shifting back to Florida now.
During game 2, everyone for Florida showed up when they embarrassed the Hurricanes on their own ice, winning the game 5-0 to take a 2-0 lead in the series, but it came at a cost.
Terrible News Strikes The Florida Panthers
Reinhart ended up leaving game 2 with a lower-body injury and did not return.

After the game, Paul Maurice ended up saying that Reinhart is going to be examined tomorrow (today), and they are hopeful that it isn't as bad as it looks.

For Marchand and the Panthers, hopefully the team held him out for precautionary reasons, and he is able to return for game 3.
