The NHL is always looking for new ways to grow the game of hockey, and one annual tradition has been travelling to different countries for the first couple of games of the season.
According to reports, the league will be heading to somewhere it's never been to start the 2023-24 regular season, and the Boston Bruins are allegedly one of the teams making the trip.
''The Boston Bruins will reportedly be one of four NHL teams to start the 2023-24 NHL regular season in Australia.''
The other teams that the league has interest in sending include the Los Angeles Kings, Vancouver Canucks, San Jose Sharks and possibly Anaheim Ducks.
