The Boston Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney announced a roster move on Wednesday.
The team has assigned forward Anders Bjork to Providence of the AHL.
Bjork was called up for emergency purposes this week as David Krejci was placed on IR and got 13 minutes of ice time against the Maple Leafs.
He finished the night with a -1 rating and registered four shots on net.
He'll likely be called up for Saturday's game against the St. Louis Blues.
