The Colorado Avalanche dominated the Tampa Bay Lightning 7-0 in game two of the Stanley Cup Finals to take a 2-0 series lead as well.
The 23-year-old has 7 goals and 17 assists in 16 games so far in the 2022 postseason. He also had 2 goals last night, including one on the powerplay and one while on the penalty kill.
After the game, the stud defenseman joined ESPN's rinkside reporter Emily Kaplan for a post-game interview on the bench. Makar gave NHL a legendary interview after the game he just had.
Kaplan: "Will you celebrate at all tonight?"
Makar: "No."
Makar and the Avalanche are up two games to none, but they know the job's not done yet.
