Confirmed: An agreement is in place for 3x Stanley Cup Champion Jonathan Toews to sign

According to a recent report from a trusted NHL insider, there is reportedly a deal in place for Jonathan Toews to sign a contract after missing the past couple of years.
Earlier in the off-season, Toews announced that he was going to be returning back to the NHL.
There was a lot of speculation where he may go, and the Boston Bruins were in some of those conversations.
Just a couple of days ago, David Pagnotta revealed that Toews was narrowing down his options:
Jonathan Toews is starting to narrow down his options and I'm told he plans to make a decision by the NHL Draft. He can't officially sign with a team until July 1, but can agree with a team in advance.
Now we know where he is going to sign.
Agreement in place to sign Toews
According to Pierre LeBrun, Jonathan Toews reportedly has a deal in place with the Winnipeg Jets.
He cannot actually sign a contract until July 1st, but he will be returning back to his hometown team.

This isn't too surprising as he wanted to go to a contender, and what better team then the one you grew up watching.
