For this years NFL Superbowl half-time show, Eminem informed officials that his intentions were to kneel on solidarity with Colin Kaepernick. The NFL was not too pleased with this and stated they were not okay with this and not to do it.
The NFL at one point was banning players from kneeling during the National Anthem back in 2018. But in 2020, they eventually changed this policy admitting that it was not right.
But last night the NFL did not expect Eminem to defy their request to not kneel, but you know Eminem, he does what he wants!
