Patrice Bergeron Reveals Playoff Injury.
In what has become a yearly tradition, Boston Bruins forward Patrice Bergeron revealed to the media the latest injury he was dealing with during the playoffs.
Being the warrior he is, an injury doesn't stop him from dressing for the most important time of the year.
This time it was a groin injury.
It's clear that Bergeron was dealing with something as you could see his offensive zone play struggle during 5 on 5 play.
Bergeron didn't want to linger too long on the injury and being the leader he is, immediately turned attention to how hard his teammates worked.
"I'm proud of everybody and the way we battled all year," he said. "You work so hard to get to this point, and yeah, it's tough."
Of course over the next couple of days we'll hear about a lot more injuries and it won't be surprising to hear that David Pastrnak was also dealing with something.
