Former NHLer and current Barstool Sports betting expert, Matt Murley reports that the Boston Bruins have a new front runner for their head coaching job.
'' Hearing Jim Montgomery is the next coach of the Boston Bruins. Absolute unreal hire!!!''
If the rumours are true, Jim Montgomery will be the next head coach of the Boston Bruins, beating out former favourite David Quinn.
Montgomery was most recently an assistant coach with the St. Louis and the head coach of the Dallas Stars from 2018 to 2019.
In two NHL seasons, Montgomery has a head coaching record of 60-43-10 in 113 games. He also holds a 7-6 playoff record.
