Charlie Coyle was a member of the Boston Bruins who has recently been involved in some trade rumours.
Many people did not think he was going to be traded due to his cap hit and age, along with his play regressing, but the Bruins managed to pull it off.
It didn't seem like Don Sweeney was going to make too many moves today especially after trading Justin Brazeau late last night, but Charlie Coyle is reportedly on his way to the Colorado Avalanche.
Elliotte Friedman just confirmed that part of the return for Charlie Coyle is going to be Casey Mittelstadt. This is a solid return for the Boston Bruins.

The Boston Bruins are also getting a solid prospect back in Will Zellers who is the second leading scorer in the USHL right now, and will be moving to North Dakota next season.
The reported return for Coyle. Mittelstadt, 26, has 2 years left after this at $5.75M AAV. Will Zellers is 2nd-leading scorer in USHL, heading to North Dakota next season.
The Boston Bruins still have multiple other UFA's that could be moved before the 3 p.m. trade deadline, and Brad Marchand is the biggest one.
