Boston Bruins may have made a mistake by using their 2024 1st-round (25th overall) pick on Dean Letourneau
Many people raised some eyebrows when the
Boston Bruins moved into the first round of the 2024 NHL Draft, but then reached for Dean Letourneau.

So Sweeney using this pick on a player whose highest level of hockey was Canadien Prep was an interesting choice to say the least.
With that said, Letourneau's upside is evident due to his massive size and potential, and if this young forward can put it all together, the sky is the limit for this prospect.
However, since his acquisition, people have been keeping a close eye on whether or not this level of hockey would be detrimental to his development, and unfortunately, it seems like it might have been.
