The Bruins have unfortunately been exempt from the NHL 2024/25 playoffs, and a recent report suggests that Bruins fans and the team's top forward, David Pastrnak, have been robbed.
The Boston Bruins have only missed the playoffs twice over the duration of the past 17 seasons, in the 2014/15 and 2015/16 season, a run which saw the team reach the Stanley Cup Finals three times and win once, in 2011, leaving the organization to miss there first postseason in nine years.
This alone has been a frustrating concept for fans and the organization to wrap their heads around, however, a new report has revealed more evidence to support how down bad Boston currently is right now.
A reporter revealed on social media via 'X' this morning that the team's key-forward, David Pastrnak, has lead the league in 5v5 points since the 4 Nations Face-Off, in February.

The 28-year old forward has had an impeccable run this year, and his dedication has shined throughout more than just Boston, but the whole NHL.
This aspect has left fans absolutely devastated, the team's top-forward proving he has what it takes to take his team to the next level, yet, they can't seem to get out of the NHL basement.
