Bruins forward Pavel Zacha has been involved in trade chatter for quite some time, and now it seems like a new team has entered the conversation.
During the 2025 NHL trade deadline, the Bruins made some big changes by moving on from some big names.
Along with them, there were a couple of Bruins players that were being pursued as well, but the Bruins decided to hold on to them.
In the offseason, teams were still circling around both of these players, but since the beginning of the season, Jeremy Swayman's name hasn't really been involved in them anymore.
On the other hand, Pavel Zacha has been a big talk still, and now a new team may have entered the conversation to acquire him.
Did a new team just enter the conversation to acquire Zacha?
According to Anthony Di Marco of the Daily Faceoff, the Minnesota Wild are now in the conversation to bolster their middle six as well.
There were no specific players linked to the Wild, but this could mean they may inquire about
Zacha.
Anthony Di Marco: "The Wild are in the market to bolster their middle-six forward group"; "It is still early to tie any specific names to the Wild, but it is for certain that they are looking for help up front" - Daily Faceoff (10/31)
Zacha is an ideal trade chip for the Bruins, but his future still remains undecided.
There are talks that the Bruins could move on from him, and there are talks that they could re-sign him.
