A trade is developing with the Boston Bruins prepared to trade away a top-nine player

That being said, major trade rumors have circulated regarding which players will be cut, and which will acquire a position within the Bruins' lineup.

Meanwhile, a new statement by NHL insider, Frank Seravalli, has revealed this time is also an opportunity for the organization to trade some trading assets.

Frank Seravalli issued a statement the other day revealing some new details regarding the Boston Bruins moving on from Casey Mittelstadt.

According to Seravalli, he believes that the Boston Bruins are waiting to see what they can get out of Mittelstadt before possibly trading him.

Mittelstadt is a forward for the Boston Bruins that has been involved in a bunch of trade rumors this off-season.

It wouldn't be too surprising to see the Bruins move on from him, considering it was revealed that the Bruins really did not want him in their trade with the Colorado Avalanche.

As of the moment, Mittelstadt is still apart of the Boston Bruins organization and it seems like they are willing to see how he does in a full season with the team before making a decision to trade him or not.
