Boston Bruins and Utah Mammoth linked to a massive 1-for-trade that changes things

The Boston Bruins organization has evidently added an immense amount of depth to their roster thus far into the offseason.

Some of the additions they've acquired this summer would include Tanner Jeannot, Viktor Arvidsson, and Sean Kuraly.

And although these acquisitions will aid their current lack of depth, the Boston Bruins could certainly benefit from adding more.

This is primarily due to the fact the Bruins have struggled with scoring, especially since the organization departed with on of their best goal scorers, Brad Marchand, at the NHL Trade Deadline.

And if this Original Six franchise intends to become contenders for the upcoming 2025/26 NHL season, the organization will need to acquire depth goal scorers.

However, the Bruins are not seeking to completely tear things down for their retool, so they would need to find a candidate at a fair price who can offer the organization the help they are looking for.

With this in mind, the website, Heavy.com, proposed a potential trade between the Boston Bruins and the Utah Mammoth, which could ultimately offer the Bruins the help they are seeking.

The Utah Mammoth's Lawson Crouse did in fact struggle for much of his 2024/25 campaign, however, prior to his past season, he had an extremely solid track record.

The 28-year old forward scored 20+ goals in each of his last three seasons prior to his last one.

Additionally, he has thrown at least 150 hits in each season of his career, with the exception of 2017/18 when he played just 11 games.

This is a combination that the Boston Bruins organization dreams of, as he can provide the goals needed in the top six, whilst throwing the body, and setting the tone physically.
