The Bruins are currently on a roll but are making some slight changes, as they announced a two-player roster transaction amid their three-game winning streak.
It's been ups and downs to begin the season for the Boston Bruins so far. First they started off hot, going 3-0-0.
After that, they had a massive slump where they ended up losing six straight games, and now they are hot once again, winning their last three games.
Despite things working, Marco Sturm decided to make a little tweak to the lines and change up a couple of things.
Bruins make slight line changes ahead of next game
Ahead of their next game, the Boston Bruins have made some slight changes.
But the changes come to the third and fourth lines for the Bruins.
Mark Kastelic, who has been great for the Bruins, has been promoted up to the third line.
During their last game, Kastelic ended up getting promoted and looked really good, so now Sturm is making the change as he has placed Kastelic on the Bruins third line with Jeannot and Minten, and Eyssimont on the fourth line with Beecher and Kuraly.
Bruins practice lines:
Geekie-Khusnutdinov-Pastrnak
Mittelstadt-Zacha-Arvidsson
Jeannot-Minten-Kastelic
Beecher-Kuraly-Eyssimont
Viel
Zadorov-McAvoy
Lindholm-Peeke
Aspirot-Jokiharju
Lohrei
Swayman
Korpisalo
Kastelic has been looking good for the Bruins this year, and Sturm has noticed it and is rewarding him by promoting him to the third line.
