After a terrible 2024/25 NHL season, the Boston Bruins organization should be seeking key-forwards to boost their offence, and new insight has unveiled four possible targets for the organization this summer.
Mitch Marner, Toronto Maple Leafs
Mitch Marner's name has been looming in the rumour mill lately regarding his landing destination this offseason, due to the fact he is the NHL's best free agent this summer.
Plus, it is a real possibility that this forward won't be sticking around with the Toronto Maple Leafs, and if he decides to test the market, he is certainty a player the Bruins would consider as he could offer the organization the skill they need to fly through this re-tool.
Brock Boeser, Vancouver Canucks
The Bruins need desperate help in the right wing position, and Brock Boeser may just be the perfect candidate.
Plus, the 28-year old forward would not cost nearly as much as Marner, whilst still providing the Bruins a legitimate solution for their second-line right wing problem.
Nikolaj Ehlers, Winnipeg Jets
Nikolaj Ehlers is another star winger who has been looming the rumour mill, and could also provide an immense amount of impact for Boston's offense.
The 29-year old could slot perfectly on the team's second-line and power play. However, with his high offensive skill, Ehlers could thrive side by side in the Bruins' first-line with David Pastrnak.
Sam Bennett, Florida Panthers
The Boston Bruins are not only in dire need of wingers, they also need help down the middle, and Sam Bennett is the best center who can hit the free-agent market this summer.
Despite Bennett being a well-known Bruins rival, he could offer the organization exactly what they need as he would bring big numbers and talent to the table.
