Boston Bruins defenseman Hampus Lindholm shared some shocking news to the media ahead of 2025-26 season

After missing nearly the whole year last year, defenseman Hampus Lindholm shared some shocking news heading into the 2025-26 season.
Lindholm ended up missing majority of the year after blocking a shot off his knee in a game against the St. Louis Blues.
This shot ended up fracturing his knee cap, and he was originally given a 6-8 week window to return.
He worked hard to make a return back to the ice with the Boston Bruins, but he was unfortunately unable too.
Lindholm ended up finishing the year with just 17 games, three goals, four assists for seven points.
It was clear how badly the Boston Bruins missed his presence on the blue line this past season, and it didn't help them with how bad their season ended up.
But some amazing news has surfaced just ahead of the beginning of the new season.
Hampus Lindholm good to go!
According to Boston Globe's Kevin Paul Dupont, Lindholm told him that he is fully healthy, and is good to go for the beginning of training camp.

Lindholm is easily the Boston Bruins best defenseman on the left side, and was one of their best defenseman before going down with his injury.
Having him back on the ice and ready for training camp is going to be ideal for the Boston Bruins.
Especially considering the Boston Bruins are looking to have a bounce back season heading into the new year.
