Boston Bruins Insider Sends A Stern Warning To Jermey Swayman Following Recent Performance

Jeremy Swayman held leverage over the Boston Bruins as their starting goalie. He wouldn't show up to training camp without having signed a deal in early October for $66 Million.
The Bruins would sign him for $8.25 Million, for an 8-year term. And just as soon as he'd return to the ice, like the rest of the Bruins squad they would lose all the ground they gained last season as one of the best teams in the NHL.
Yet, fans aren't unhappy with Korpisalo because they didn't expect too much from him. But for Swayman whose the starting goalie, and signed a big deal, came the burden of expectations.
This season he's failed to live up to them spectacularly, with an 11-10-3 record, a 3.13 GAA, and a.887 save percentage.
Joe Haggery and Mick Colageo of Boston Bruins on CLNS came out with a harsh truth.
If Swayman isn't able to improve his record this season, enabling the Bruins to win more games, he will hear more and more criticism from the fanbase.
Honestly, they're not wrong, as many sports players enjoy contracts many workers would dream of.
With the spectacle of sports, comes criticism from paying customers, and while Swayman is indeed the starting goalie of the franchise, he hasn't been able to play up to the title.
