According to a recent report from Bruins analyst Ty Anderson, the Bruins are in talks with Henri Jokiharju and his agent to secure a contract extension with the organization this summer.

Jokiharju has been bounced around a lot throughout his NHL career, and we can only assume he is looking for stability moving forward.

We can only hope Don Sweeney doesn't let this free agent run loose, as he would be a viable penalty killing defenseman for the Bruins and also a trade chip at the NHL trade deadline if the Bruins fail to make the playoffs once again.
