A recent report has unveiled that Boston Bruins' general manager, Don Sweeney, is on the hot seat following another questionable move, and it's shocking.

The Boston Bruins' fan base has undoubtedly been unpleased with the organization's decision to lock in their general manager, Don Sweeney, by signing him for another couple of years.
This is strictly due to the fact that Sweeney has been known for making questionable decisions for this Original Six franchise.
And one huge move would include trading their former 16-year veteran and captain, Brad Marchand, to the Florida Panthers during the NHL Trade Deadline.
However, new insight has unveiled that Sweeney's frustrating moves have still yet to slow down, as reporter, Dom Luszcyszyn of The Athletic, named one of the Boston Bruins' acquisitions this offseason as one of the 10 worst contracts in the NHL as of now.

The Boston Bruins' recently acquired Tanner Jeannot was named on of the worst contracts in the NHL

Dom Luszcyszyn of The Athletic wrote a report about the top 10 worst contracts in the National Hockey League at the moment, and unfortunately, the Bruins have one of their own on the list.
Take a look:
«Four years ago, Tanner Jeannot had 24 goals and 41 points in 81 games, a year removed from lighting up the AHL with 10 goals and 21 points in 13 games,» Luszcyszyn wrote. «Jeannot looked like someone who was going to be a problem for years to come as a menacing power forward with a scoring touch.»

He continued:
«Since that magical season, Jeannot has 20 goals and 45 points over 198 games, an eight-goal and 19-point pace,» Luszcyszyn continues. «Jeannot is a replacement-level player making third-line money. Maybe he finally regains the spark that made his 2021-22 season so alluring, but the chances of that happening feel seriously slim.»

The Boston Bruins signed Jeannot to a five-year, $3.4 million deal.
