Ex-Boston Bruins career officially hits a low with the Florida Panthers ahead of game 3
Former Boston Bruin hits all-time career low with his new organization, the Florida Panthers, ahead of Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Finals.
A recent announcement has been revealed regarding two former
Boston Bruins who are currently standing within the Stanley Cup Finals with their new organization,
Florida Panthers, and it's shocking.
The Boston Bruins' former forward,
A.J. Greer, will be making his series debut in the Stanley Cup Finals with the Panthers, as they take on the Edmonton Oilers in Game 3 tonight, Monday, June 9.
However, new insight has revealed that as Greer draws back into the lineup, another former Bruin,
Jesper Boqvist, will be sitting for the Florida Panthers.
«A.J. Greer is back in for Game 3, per Maurice.
Jesper Boqvist comes out.»
The Boston Bruins' former forward, Jesper Boqvist, has been healthy scratched
26-year old Boqvist has accumulated two goals and five points within a total of 13 playoff games this season, and is currently without a point in the Stanley Cup Finals
Meanwhile, 28-year old Greer has accumulated two goals and one assist within 10 playoff games, and will be making his debut for the Finals this evening due to the fact he endured an injury.
That being said, the Panthers are back in Florida after splitting the first two games of the series with the Oilers, and it seems as though the organization is not taking Boqvist's recent gameplay lightly.
This is unfortunate for Boqvist, as he will sit for the most important portion of the NHL season.
Do you think former Bruin, Jesper Boqvist, deserved to be healthy scratched?
